Which notebook should a illustrative designer bring?

I am thinking of 1.8-2Ghz, 14inch widescreen, 1-2G knock against, 120G hdd, nVidia, bluetooth, Lan, wireless, DVD-RW, etc..

Which notebook should a illustrative designer bring?

The standard in pictographic design is the Mac, I just started art conservatory in digital design and they required us to buy a Mac laptop. First piece is that the colour that can be seen on a Mac blind is much different than that of a window peak. Lots of dark blues and greys that would turn up as black on a window machine would turn up as their instinctive colours on a Mac screen. From one pictographic designer to another I would absolutely recommend a Mac for your work!

I would recommend a Powerbook or the giant end Macbook something beside a decent processor speed. Remember, Macs are also Dual Core which system that it may look like the processor is slower it in fact isn't. (It really runs at about twice the speed!)

Also, steer clear of widescreen, it will scew your work!
you wont the kkid that have a good grapic card and greatly of memory. Make sure that is have card readers
you should seize one that you think that fits you
try to look at hp, they hold laptops usually built for media and graphics
