I replaced my tricky drive and since then the problem started.

why do i hold to put within a boot disc to start up my laptop(time laptop) ?

Given that the OS is properly installed, you may hold incorrectly set the jumpers on the drive.

Sometimes the BIOS will not boot from a drive (or volunteer the option to) if it is set as a slave drive.

Besides the other apt points brought up already I would make sure it is configured as "Primary Master" surrounded by your BIOS.

that's really unusual.. maybe you didn't format the hdd first..

merely back your files first, and afterwards re-format your whole drive. after run windows setup again. after you should have no problem at adjectives.

even if your boot setup is configured to read cd-drive first, it will still jump to hdd, so my best guess is re-format.
if you own replaced your hard drive yes you still hold to reinstall your boot disk. a boot disk is just a copy of adjectives installed programs in your laptop if you enjoy save a copy of your programs of your laptop back you change the complicated drive then reintall them using a boot disk if you have to purchase or reinstall the programs that come with your laptop.
When u first used your disc on your contemporary hard drive you did not

install it properly. try again to reoad and follow the instructions

watchfully
well, this problem occur when a HDD has not be fixed.... if you insert the boot disc, then run the fdisk application(if underneath windows 98) or insert te boot disk for xp and during the setup process, your HDD will be formated....
